Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Compliance Tracker (the "Service"), operated by liveasy ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

Compliance Tracker is a personal record-keeping tool that allows users to log, organize, and export information related to compliance with a court order, including entries, responsibilities, evidence descriptions, and related notes.

The Service is not legal advice. It does not review, verify, interpret, or opine on the legal significance of any information you enter. Nothing in the Service should be treated as a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified attorney regarding your specific legal situation, court filings, or use of any exported records in a legal proceeding.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at liveasy87@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription and Billing

• The Service is offered on a recurring subscription basis. Current pricing is displayed at the time of subscription.
• Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms governing the payment transaction.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled beforehand.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time via the "Manage billing" option. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice to active subscribers.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the information and content you enter into the Service ("Your Content"). You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of Your Content. By using the Service, you represent that you have the right to enter and store the information you provide, including any information relating to other individuals (such as another parent or a child).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or court order
• Harass, threaten, or defame another person
• Store or transmit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data, or to the Service's underlying systems

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet the evidentiary or formatting requirements of any particular court or jurisdiction. You are responsible for confirming such requirements with your court or attorney before relying on exported records in a legal proceeding.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liveasy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including any reliance on the Service in connection with a legal or custody proceeding. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends, though certain provisions of these Terms (including limitations of liability) will survive termination.

9. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
